PRE-ORDER SuperApp
Fashion starts before production.
PRE-ORDER is an AI- and fintech-enabled platform for fashion brands, wholesale buyers and customers. It connects pre-orders, demand intelligence, payments, Digital Product Passports, ESG analytics and communication in one ecosystem — helping brands move from “produce first, sell later” toward production informed by real demand.
Pre-Order
The challenge. Fashion companies often have to commit to production before demand is sufficiently validated. This creates inventory risk, working-capital pressure and unnecessary overproduction.
The solution. PRE-ORDER creates one digital workflow in which brands can present upcoming collections, collect B2B and B2C pre-orders and pre-payments, analyse demand signals and use AI-supported forecasting before confirming production.
How it works. Behavioural and transactional data are transformed into demand insights and production recommendations. AI output remains advisory: an authorised brand user reviews, accepts, modifies or rejects the recommendation before a production decision is made.
Technology. The platform combines AI/ML demand forecasting, payment and pre-payment workflows, Digital Product Passports, ESG analytics, messaging, data dashboards and integration capabilities for external business systems.
Project objective. The Horizon Europe / EIC UkrainianTech action is designed to mature and validate PRE-ORDER in a real business environment, progressing from TRL 4 toward TRL 7 through development, integration, pilot testing and impact validation.
Why B2B Agency. The project builds on the team’s practical experience in fashion e-commerce, wholesale cooperation, supplier networks and international business development since 2012.

Ukrainian Association of Startups
B2B Agency is a co-founder of the Ukrainian Association of Startups. A non-profit civil society organization that brings together entrepreneurs, investors, universities, government institutions, and international partners to foster the development of Ukraine’s innovation-driven economy. The Association implements free educational programs, supports startups, and provides assistance to vulnerable groups, including young people, veterans, and internally displaced persons.
